Enso is building the world’s largest AI app-store for small businesses. For $49/month, any non-technical solo founder or mom-and-pop shop gets a full stack of AI agents that handle marketing, sales, and back-office tasks while they sleep. Launched in February 2025, we’ve already crossed thousands of SMBs and we’re compounding daily. Now we’re ready to unlock an affiliate growth engine from zero to hundreds of partners—and that’s where you come in.

We’ve proven paid and referral channels. The next frontier is turning creators, niche consultants, agencies, and SMB communities into a scalable acquisition force. You’ll architect that motion end-to-end: strategy, tooling, recruiting, enablement, and eventually a team.

• Map the landscape—identify high-leverage affiliate archetypes (creators, SaaS reviewers, accountants, travel-industry KOLs, etc.)

• Choose and deploy the right tech stack (first-version could be Impact, PartnerStack, or a hacked-together Airtable + Zapier—your call)

• Design the commission model, legal T&Cs, and payout ops with Finance• Recruit, onboard, and activate the first 50 “lighthouse” partners

• Build playbooks: training decks, swipe copy, tracking links, custom dashboards

• Launch co-marketing pilots (webinars, bundles, case-study content) that drive first $50 k MRR via affiliates• Optimize for CAC:tROI parity with paid ads; scale volume 10×

• Segment and tier partners; introduce performance-based bonuses and rev-share escalators

• Hire and mentor a small but mighty Affiliate Ops squad (partner success + tech + creative)

• Own forecast, budgeting, and board-level reporting on affiliate channel

• Built before: 4-6 years in affiliate marketing with at least one “green-field → scaled” success story (SaaS, fintech, or DTC).
• Think full-funnel: You can riff on CTLV, attribution windows, and fraud mitigation—all before your second coffee.
• Are half-marketer, half-product manager: Comfortable A/B-testing landing pages, writing hooks, and queuing Jira tickets to tweak a webhook.
• Speak spreadsheet & API: SQL or Looker for cohort analysis? Great. Zapier or Make for quick automations? Even better.
• Lead without permission: You default to “I’ll figure it out” and pull cross-functional teams (Growth, Design, RevOps) into the trenches with you.
• Communicate like a creator: Clear, punchy writing; you can craft outreach that gets a YouTuber to say “Yes!” in two scrolls.

• Experience selling to SMBs or non-technical audiences.
• Network among creators in verticals like e-commerce, accounting, or travel.
• Prior use of Impact, PartnerStack, FirstPromoter, or similar.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.

• $3M+ ARR sourced from affiliate channel at or below blended CAC target.
• 200+ active partners with <15 % monthly dormant rate.
• Automated onboarding flow that cuts partner time-to-first-sale to under 14 days.
• A small, data-driven team you recruited and coached.
