About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and collaborative Revenue Operations & Commercial Intelligence Manager to support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in driving revenue growth. This role combines hands-on analytics, operational strategy, and ownership over sales process definition and optimization. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless processes, robust data insights, and alignment across all revenue-generating functions.
Responsibilities"
Sales Process Definition & Ownership
- Develop, document, and optimize the end-to-end sales process to support scalable growth, from lead generation through customer onboarding.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to align on and standardize key stages, milestones, and definitions within the sales process.
- Implement process improvements to ensure consistency and efficiency, reducing friction and improving win rates.
- Monitor adherence to the sales process and identify areas where additional training or support may be needed.
Revenue Operations Support
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on processes and metrics that drive revenue growth.
- Support the creation and refinement of forecasting and pipeline management practices to ensure accurate and predictable revenue projections.
- Assist with the implementation of systems and tools that enhance visibility and efficiency across revenue operations.
Commercial Intelligence
- Collect, analyze, and report data to provide actionable insights for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Track key performance indicators across customer segments, sales channels, and products to identify trends, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
- Work with Data and Product teams to improve data quality, deliver regular performance reports, and uncover insights that inform strategy.
Revenue Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure sales teams have the tools, insights, and resources they need to succeed.
- Support CRM and sales enablement tool implementations, ensuring data integrity and optimal functionality.
- Define and track performance metrics for revenue teams, and provide insights on areas for improvement and growth.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Review and refine revenue-related processes to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
- Assist in automation efforts to reduce manual work, allowing teams to focus on high-impact activities.
- Help standardize operations processes to support scalability as the company grows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and process improvements.
- Act as an advisor to teams on revenue operations best practices, fostering a data-driven culture and supporting operational consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role, with hands-on experience managing sales processes.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
