In this role you’ll take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, including setting up and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting our internal tools and systems. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to ensure a smooth and secure work environment and help streamline IT processes as we grow.

What You'll Do:
- User Support: Act as the first line of support for technical issues, resolving problems related to hardware, software, SaaS apps, and user devices
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate account setup, automated device provisioning via MDM (e.g., Jamf, Intune), and access control for employees joining or leaving the company
- SaaS Administration: Handle user accounts, permissions, and support across key tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, GitHub, Slack, and others
- Device Maintenance & Updates: Ensure laptops and workstations are secure and up to date. Perform regular maintenance tasks to keep systems running efficiently
- On-Prem Server Lab Management: Maintain and update internal lab infrastructure (VMware ESXi / vSphere), including corporate software environments
- Security & Compliance: Help enforce security policies, assist with MFA configuration, and promote good cybersecurity hygiene
- Asset Management: Track and manage company assets — including hardware, licenses, certificates, and domains — ensuring everything is up-to-date and documented
- Backup & Recovery: Support backup operations and assist in data recovery when necessary
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CISO and key stakeholders on IT initiatives, integrations, and automation projects across departments
What You’ll bring with you:
- 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-native environment
- Solid knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf Pro, Intune
- Solid knowledge around troubleshooting and support of major operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Hands-on experience with VMware (ESXi, vSphere)
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities
- Exposure to identity and access management platforms (e.g., Okta, Entra, Google Access, Microsoft AD)
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Certifications in IT support, security, or system administration (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
- Experience in IT process automation or scripting
