Position: Help Desk Specialist
If you have experience in IT and are skilled at managing computing systems in an organized and focused way – we are looking for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide ongoing support for end users.
Diagnose and resolve Windows issues, login problems, connectivity issues, and other daily troubleshooting tasks.
Take ownership of patching and upgrading end-user equipment.
Manage the Onboarding and Offboarding process for employees.

2-4 years of experience as an Help Desk Specialist.
Strong hardware knowledge of laptops, desktops, etc. – essential.
In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (10 and 11) – essential. Experience with Windows Servers – a plus.
Experience with image creation for desktops and laptops.
Experience working with AD, Exchange, and O365.
Experience with Anti-Virus, EDR, and other security products.
Experience with firewalls (FW) – an advantage.
Experience with system virtualization – an advantage.
Knowledge of Priority ERP – an advantage.
High level of service, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and maintain high levels of organization.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, multitasking and managing tasks efficiently and professionally.
