Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing startup, Helfy. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and play a key part in building strong, diverse teams that help shape our company’s future.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer stage
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and define job requirements
• Source candidates using various channels and build strong talent pipelines
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure a great candidate experience
• Maintain and update our ATS and recruitment trackers
• Support hiring across multiple departments (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a tech or startup environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• B.A in Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent – required
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
