Key responsibilities include
Coordination and scheduling of interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and recruiting strategies
various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals and networking, to attract top talent
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Minimum of two years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
The jobs is located either in our Tel Aviv headquarters or Yokneam headquarters
