Data Scientist

We are recruiting an experienced Data Scientist!

Join us to develop and implement Data Science-based solutions.

The role includes working with tabular and textual data, combining classic ML models with advanced technologies from the worlds of Generative AI, and collaborating with a wide range of business and technological factors in the organization.

What will your day look like:

• Leading end-to-end projects: defining business problems, exploring data, developing models, and deploying in a production environment.
• Advanced analytical analyses, including defining metrics (KPIs) and extracting business insights.
• Development and implementation of Machine Learning and NLP models, including Generative AI projects.
• Processing texts from diverse medical sources.
• Working with Big Data infrastructures including Elastic, Kafka, Spark.
• Close collaboration with Data Engineers, analysts and medical domain experts.

Job requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience developing models in the DS/ML world with tabular data - required.
• At least 2 years of experience developing in Python and SQL environments - required.
• At least 1 year of practical work experience with Generative AI - required.
• Significant experience with texts and NLP - required.
• Experience in uploading code to production and practical understanding of development/QA/production environments - required.
• Experience with Spark - an advantage.
• Experence with Elastic / Kafka - an advantage.
• Relevant master's degree - an advantage.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work with a variety of interfaces
• High independence and self-management
• Systemic vision
