We're hiring a Senior Hardware Engineer – Analog & Digital Systems

In this role, you won’t just design circuits – you’ll shape mission-critical electronic systems used in advanced defense applications.

We're looking for a hands-on engineer who thrives in multidisciplinary environments and is ready to take ownership of complex systems that combine high-speed digital logic with precision analog design.

• Designing and integrating high-performance digital systems, including FPGA-based architectures for real-time processing
• Developing analog subsystems: power supplies, DC/DC converters, filters, and signal conditioning for high-speed ADC/DAC interfaces
• Leading the electronic domain of defense-grade projects — from schematics to verification
• Hands-on lab validation with advanced debugging and test equipment
• Writing clear, detailed specifications and documentation for production and field deployment
• Collaborating closely with software, mechanical, and systems engineers in a classified, defense-oriented environment

• 3+ years in mixed-signal hardware development
• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Proficiency with tools like ORCAD / xDX Designer / Altium
• Experience in defense or aerospace projects – a strong advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• High accountability, team spirit, and technical curiosity
• Availability for occasional international travel
