Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Acquisition team. In this role, you will be directly involved in real estate sales operations, working closely with potential sellers. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and helping grow our portfolio of assets. This is a hands-on role focused on communication, relationship-building, and strategic sales efforts in the U.S. real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preliminary inspections of properties to assess their potential.
• Negotiate with property owners.
• Purchasing new assets for the company.
• Showcase new deals online
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth transaction processes.
