What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Team Lead to join our R&D department. This team of engineers is responsible for developing Oligo’s platform for Application Security Posture. As a Fullstack Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team and driving the development of innovative, scalable, and high-quality features in our product.

You Will

• Lead a team of fullstack developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle including design, architecture, and implementation of fullstack solutions, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable code.
• Tackle complex technical challenges, identifying root causes, and delivering timely, effective solutions for customers requests and problems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Oligo.
• Engage in hands-on development of features.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience leading or managing a development team of at least 5 engineers.
• 6+ years of experience in fullstack development including both frontend and backend expertise. In particular, familiarity with NodeJS, Go and React.
• Proven track record of designing and building backend micro-services using modern technologies in high-scale. In particular, experience with event-driven architecture.
• Experience with designing and executing monolith decomposition processes (advantage).
• Experience with relational DBs (e.g. PostgreSQL) and caching solutions (e.g. Redis) for data processing.
• Experience working with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience working directly with customers or client-facing teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet their needs.
  
  

• Strong leadership, mentoring and conflict-resolution abilities. We expect you to demonstrate technical leadership, initiate discussions and help steer our product in the right direction.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to actively contribute to coding efforts and conduct thorough code reviews when necessary.
• Deliver quickly and make effective decisions under pressure.
