Platform Engineering Manager

Qodo is an early-stage startup that empowers developers with cutting-edge tools that integrate seamlessly into their daily workflows. We specialize in GenAI-driven solutions, such as IDE extensions for automated test generation, an AI-enhanced pull-request git agent for improving code review processes., RAG, and others. Our mission is to generate confidence for developers, enhancing productivity and code quality.

We are on the hunt for a visionary Engineering Manager for our Platform Domain who is ready to bring Qodo’s long-term strategy to life while enabling enterprise customers today. What will you do?

• Make plans, iterate and pivot with your team to achieve the domain’s goals
• Be an excellent partner to product to make dreams into feasible and impactful realities
• Strike a balance between strategic vision and tactical implementation
• Coach, challenge and engage the engineers in your team, so they can achieve their own goals and keep building products developers love
• Spend ±20% of your time doing hands-on work on non-critical path parts of the team’s systems, so you can help make things better and be able to be part of the on-call rotation. Our technologies: Python, GCP, ArgoCD, K8s, Javascript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of Engineering Management of high-performing cross-functional teams
• A proven success in either turning a team around or shifting it from good to better — you know how to drive learning for a team
• Proficiency is required in enough of these parts of our stack Python/Node, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, and ReactJS(or similar frontend frameworks)
• You bring an independent, entrepreneurial attitude and are excited about working in a fast-paced, uncertain, and big-vision environment
