Data Analyst

The company is located in Tel Aviv, right by the train line, with a hybrid work model (one day from home). It currently employs 60 people, with significant growth expected in the coming year.

Job responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and KPIs.
• Use statistical methods to extract insights from complex data.
• Conduct market research on trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
• Translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track performance.
• Apply predictive modeling for forecasting trends.
• Plan and analyze A/B tests to enhance KPIs.
• Create visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong marketing analytics expertise- Must
• Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake a plus).
• Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Similarweb (advantage).
• Bachelor’s or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
