Role Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing production house.

This is a full-time remote position for someone with a passion for people, luxury experiences, and sales.

The CRM will play a pivotal role in:

• Nurturing client relationships from inquiry to event day
• Understanding client visions and aligning services accordingly
• Leading sales calls and managing lead pipelines
• Coordinating internally to ensure exceptional execution
• Representing the brand’s high standards in every interaction

Qualifications

✔ Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence

✔ Sales-oriented mindset with a love for boutique experiences

✔ Experience in event planning, hospitality, or premium service industries

✔ Highly organized and self-driven

✔ Tech-savvy and able to manage multiple tools and systems

✔ Fluent in Hebrew and English – written and spoken

✔ Relevant academic background – an advantage
