Head of Strategic Organization

Our Strategic Organization Division is seeking a Head of Strategic Organization to lead and manage organizational strategy operations.

What you'll be doing:

· Lead the process of designing the company's strategy, from planning through to the execution of work plans.

· Conduct ongoing strategic assessments – build a dynamic picture of the internal and external environment, identifying opportunities and risks.

· Continuously validate and refine the organizational strategy.

· Coordinate, synchronize, and implement the strategy across the company.

· Manage processes for monitoring and tracking the implementation of strategy and work plans.

· Lead systemic and organizational projects that span divisions in line with the CEO’s and management’s needs.

· Report directly to the VP of Strategy and Israel.

What we're looking for:

Mandatory Requirements:

· Relevant academic degree (Bachelor’s required).

· At least 7 years of experience in senior management roles and/or experience in strategic analysis, planning, or consulting.

· High proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master’s degree – an advantage.

· Familiarity with the activities of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) domestically and internationally.

· Experience and understanding of the defense sector’s business landscape.

· Proven ability in designing policies and strategies based on trend analysis, data collection, and process characterization.

· Experience in creating long-term plans and measuring, controlling, and tracking progress in large organizations.
