What You'll Do

• Define Arpeely's positioning and build the company narrative for the general market, partners and financial firms.
• Identify, build and close strategic partnerships that open new distribution, supply, data or technology.
• Analyze competitors and macro trends in adtech, AI and browsers, and turn the insights into company strategy, product roadmap and go-to-market.
• Evaluate companies for acquisition or investment, from thesis through diligence and deal support.
• Own the annual and quarterly strategy plans, and keep track of financial performance to make sure we hit our goals.
• Help prepare materials for strategy sessions and offsites, quarterly plans and all-hands.

• 5+ years in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, consulting or VC, or an ex-founder with a relevant track record
• Strong technical understanding: able to follow the technology and its trends, fluent in AI concepts and terminology
• Proven M&A or strategic partnership deal experience
• Proven experience evaluating companies, building financial models and investment theses
• AI-native mindset: runs market research and outbound pipeline with an agentic-first approach
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Hands-on and independent
• Fluent English
• Experience in adtech, consumer software or AI (an advantage)
