Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Dig, you will identify, engage, and qualify leads, driving the first step in our enterprise sales process. Your role involves analyzing data, extracting insights, and using them to craft personalized outreach that resonates with prospects. You’ll leverage market intelligence to start meaningful conversations and book high-quality meetings. This position is ideal for someone analytical, communicative, and eager to grow in SaaS sales, with opportunities to advance as we scale.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach-
- Research and identify potential enterprise leads using data-driven insights from LinkedIn, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, and industry databases.
- Leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to create targeted, personalized outreach for high-value accounts.
- Use market intelligence and prospect data to craft highly relevant messaging across email, phone, and social channels.
- Develop targeted sales sequences that resonate with different audience segments.
Lead Qualification-
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Analyze engagement data to prioritize high-potential leads for Account Executives.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule meetings accordingly.
Pipeline Management-
- Maintain detailed records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and measure outreach performance against weekly and monthly KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales development, sales, customer-facing, or similar role (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity-based KPIs
- Comfortable conducting outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Experience working with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) and outbound tools like Apollo, Salesloft, or similar
- Strong proficiency in Excel (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas) for organizing and analyzing lead data
Skills:
- Fluent English with exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset – ability to interpret data and apply insights to outreach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
