Infinity Labs is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator who wants to develop in technological environments!

Infinity Labs is a research and development company that operates the most successful software development career transition program in Israel. The company trains hundreds of outstanding academic graduates, mostly from engineering and exact sciences, for development positions in high-tech.

• Screening and filtering CVs from various recruitment sources
• Conducting phone interviews with suitable candidates and inviting them to program assessment days
• Managing recruitment days - conducting face-to-face interviews, making decisions on program suitability, and signing contracts
• Sourcing work on social networks and working with partners in business collaborations
• In addition to regular recruitment - executing various recruitment projects from time to time
• HR support for groups beginning their training
• Consistent requirement to meet quantitative and qualitative recruitment goals
• Very high salary potential!

• Relevant academic degree
• At least two years of experience in face-to-face interviews
• High level of English proficiency
• Experience and affinity for sales - significant advantage
• Willingness to work full-time
• Job location: Ramat Gan Stock Exchange Complex (next to Savidor Central Train Station)
