We're looking for a Quality Manager to lead our QMS and regulatory processes as we scale innovation in cell therapy manufacturing — the ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep experience in ISO 13485, FDA compliance, and a passion for operational excellence in biotech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee QMS processes, including ISO 13485, CE, and FDA compliance.
- Manage audits, document control, CAPA, customer complaints, and supplier evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and process excellence.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in QMS and regulatory affairs, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience with cell therapy, pharma, and single-use components.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew.
