We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Sales Department on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, develop BI tools, and support strategic decision-making processes across Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain BI tools and data systems (Power BI, Power Query)
• Analyze financial and operational data to support Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce activities
• Prepare insightful reports and executive presentations based on business needs
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on financial goals and KPIs
• Monitor and manage budgets, perform variance analysis, and support financial controls
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and financial performance tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration – Mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, data systems development, or BI – Mandatory
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query – Mandatory
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• High level of English – verbal and written
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
