We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join our excellent recruitment team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will manage the recruitment life-cycle from start to end.

You will create a good and pleasant candidate experience.

You will understand the company's units needs that you will support.

You will collaborate with external agencies for finding and locating candidates.

You will use social media to interact with potential and relevant candidates.

You will make behavioural assessments to find the most suitable candidates for the opening positions.

REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of recruiting experience- a MUST.

B.A in Human Resources/Social or Behavioural Science- a MUST.

Experience with technical recruiting- an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Hebrew.

Experience in conducting interviews with candidates.

Proven knowledge in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn.

Self-learner, active, out of the box thinker! independent, knows how to work in a team.
