We are a leading fire safety consulting firm seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead and oversee our engineering and design teams. This is a senior leadership role with strategic impact across major projects in the commercial, residential, industrial, and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional leadership to fire safety engineers and consultants
• Ensure high technical standards and regulatory compliance across all projects
• Manage key client accounts and lead engineering design for large-scale projects
• Coordinate with licensing bodies, fire authorities, municipalities, and design teams
• Develop internal design standards, procedures, and planning tools
• Implement new fire safety codes, technologies, and international regulations (NFPA, Israeli Fire Code, etc.)
• Train and mentor new team members and act as the company's technical authority
• Contribute to the company's strategic professional direction

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering – required
• Formal certification/training in fire safety – strong advantage
• Minimum 8 years of experience in fire safety design or relevant engineering consultancy
• Proven experience managing professional teams – mandatory
• Deep familiarity with local and international fire codes (NFPA, Israeli 1001, EU standards)
• Solid understanding of fire protection systems (detection, sprinklers, smoke control, etc.)
• Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership, initiative, and collaboration skills
