Role Description:

SKECHERS ISRAEL , the global footwear and sports fashion company, is looking for a Planner (Analyst)

The role includes:

Responsibility for planning and analyzing complex reports and inventory results, purchasing and sales for all company channels by segments, budget building

Understanding market demands, planning orders according to forecasts, monitoring planning versus execution to create optimization for the company's inventory as a foundation for meeting business goals and providing recommendations for data-driven commercial actions.

Advising on determining short and long-term trade strategy while streamlining work processes and the ability to predict and highlight gaps and risks to improve company profitability

Working with internal and external organizational interfaces as well as with counterparts in the parent company abroad (full communication in English).

Full-time position at the company headquarters in Holon

Mandatory Requirements:

• Relevant academic education (Economics, Business Administration, and/or Industrial Engineering and Management)
• At least two years of experience in a similar role in a retail company
• Excellent command of organizational information systems, specifically PRIORITY
• Full proficiency in Office software with emphasis on Excel
• High level of English - daily interaction with the international brand
• Ability to analyze and conduct multi-variable analysis
