We are looking for a CRM Project Manager to lead system upgrade and development projects across multiple organizations. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, working closely with clients, development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM upgrade and development projects from initiation to completion.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (development, QA, product).
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues in real time.
- Provide guidance on CRM system usage and business process optimization.
- Ensure documentation and reporting throughout all project phases.
- At least 2 years of experience managing CRM-related projects – mandatory.
- Proven familiarity with CRM systems and workflows – minimum 2 years.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces across technical and business units.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems – required.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
