abra is Hiring – CRM Dynamics Project Manager for a Strategic Defense Project

We are looking for an experienced and driven CRM Dynamics Project Manager to lead a large-scale implementation project in the defense sector. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact initiative within a dynamic and professional environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end CRM projects, including implementation or upgrade of platforms such as Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, SAP CRM, and others.
Manage cross-functional interfaces with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to ensure successful delivery.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee system customization and integration.
REQUIREMENTS

✅ Requirements:

At least 5 years of proven experience managing CRM projects.
Deep understanding of CRM systems, including requirement gathering, customization, and integration.
Strong business acumen and the ability to bridge between business and technology.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as TFS (Team Foundation Server).
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing complex interfaces.
