Senior HR Operations & Recruitment Projects Operations

We are looking for an experienced and polished Senior HR Operations & Recruitment Projects Operations to join our global team. This strategic role combines recruitment operations, HR project management, and business partnership - with significant cross-border interaction. You will act as a key point of contact between HR, hiring managers, and external partners across the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize recruitment operations across multiple global teams.

Coordinate between hiring managers and international recruitment agencies.

Lead and support HR and recruitment-related projects with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.

Represent the HR function in a global setting with high professionalism and responsiveness.

Track key hiring and HR metrics, and generate reports for management.

Requirements:

6–7 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or HR project management in a global environment.

Strong project ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proven experience interacting with international stakeholders in English - both written and spoken at a professional level.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Business-oriented mindset and strong organizational awareness.

Experience working in a multidisciplinary or tech-focused company – an advantage.
