Presales & Post Sales Engineer (Relocation to Atlanta, USA)

Location:
This position is designated for relocation to the Atlanta area, USA.
Applicants holding U.S. citizenship will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead Presales and Post Sales activities, including early-stage engagement with law enforcement and security customers in telecommunication and cellular domains.
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, Product, Project Management, and Marketing teams to drive opportunities, shape solutions, and ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Manage all customer-facing activities such as commercial and technical discussions, live demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical training sessions, and on-site support as needed.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions, and providing feedback to influence the product roadmap.
- Represent the company at webinars, conferences, and professional meetups to present technical solutions and use cases.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Presales, Solution Architect roles, or similar positions — mandatory
- Self-sufficient and independent in handling customer engagements
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technologies
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional team player with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and creative way
- Fluent English (written, spoken, and reading) — mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively (~50% of the time) across the USA— mandatory
- Linux experience — advantage
- Deep understanding of telecom network architecture (Telephony, Cellular, and IP networks) -advantage
- Knowledge of IP communications, protocols, applications, and encryption — advantage
- Background in Intelligence technologies and methodologies — advantage
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card — advantage
