What’s the role?
- Leading multidisciplinary development teams – with both strategic and hands-on involvement
- Supervising development processes, setting goals, and implementing advanced methodologies
- Collaborating with various internal teams across the organization
- Hands-on leadership in technological innovation, Full Stack and Backend development
- Implementing cloud-based solutions in an AWS environment
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience managing development teams (at least 2 teams, 5+ developers in each)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Node.js, .NET Core, and Angular
- Proven experience leading 3+ large-scale budgeted projects
- Experience in development and maintenance in AWS cloud – mandatory
- Strong technological and managerial capabilities
