About Us:
Tempdrop is on a mission to revolutionize fertility tracking with our wearable sensor and smart app. We empower users with accurate, accessible data to support their reproductive health journey.
We’re looking for a highly motivated solo designer to take full ownership of Tempdrop’s visual and user experience across product and marketing. This hybrid role blends hands-on UX/UI design with strategic oversight of visual brand communication, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all UX/UI design efforts for the Tempdrop app and digital products—from discovery to delivery
• Collaborate closely with product, development, and data teams to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences
• Manage and guide a remote marketing/graphic designer to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Take initiative on marketing design needs: landing pages, email campaigns, social media visuals, and more
• Maintain and evolve our design system and brand guidelines
• Be the key design voice in the company—balancing user needs, business goals, and tech constraints
• Juggle multiple projects and priorities across departments while maintaining quality and deadlines
  
  

• 
  3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in consumer apps or healthtec
• hA strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a focus on user-centered desig
• nProficiency in Figma and comfort working in agile development environment
• sDemonstrated experience managing or mentoring designer
• sStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration skill
• sAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritie
• sFluent in English, with excellent communication skill
• sComfortable working in a hybrid environment with a distributed tea
