A leading e-commerce brand is looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to be at the heart of a high-performing retention team.

You’ll be the go-to person for making sure everything flows smoothly from content and design to QA and reporting.

As a part of your job:

Coordinate execution of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Work closely with our content writer, designers, and freelancers to keep workflows on track and aligned with creative briefs.
Serve as the main point of contact for all tasks and projects
assigned by the Retention Manager and VP Retention.
QA and accuracy - review campaigns before launch.
Pull performance data from email campaigns and flows, monitor
KPIs, and provide insights to the team.
Help monitor and optimize automated flows to ensure
they’re running correctly and effectively.
Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, and documentation
so the team always knows what’s happening and what’s next.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in email marketing - a must
Experience within a D2C or eCommerce environment - a must
Familiarity with email platforms (Klaviyo is a big plus) and tools like Google Sheets,
Notion, or Asana - a must
Comfortable pulling data and basic performance reports - a must
Experience with SMS marketing, A/B testing, or QA tools- an advantage
Strong attention to detail
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices
Excellent communication and organization skills
