Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate QA Engineer to join our growing team. As a QA Engineer focused on Web and Mobile applications, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, collaborating closely with product and development teams, and helping drive quality initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for both web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Perform functional, regression, usability, and performance testing manually and with automation tools.
• Identify, document, and track software defects in bug tracking systems, ensuring clear and concise communication with development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality releases.
• Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide feedback on testability and identify potential quality issues early in the process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in writing test cases, debugging issues, and using test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
• Experience testing on a variety of mobile devices, screen sizes, and OS versions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
