Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support and service to clients
- Handle ongoing administrative tasks including file updates and processing requests
- Work extensively with Excel for tracking and reporting
- Assist with internal coordination and back-office operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Excel
- Background in IT or technical support – a must
