Full Stack Engineer

A dynamic and growing Fintech company is looking for a Fullstack Team Lead to join the team!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on experience in Node.js, who’s also ready to lead and mentor a small, talented team of 3 developers and 1 QA.

🔍 What we’re looking for:

4+ years of leadership experience – managing developers in a hands-on role (around 60% leadership / 40% hands-on)

Strong backend experience with Node.js – must

Experience with React – a strong plus (Angular is also acceptable)

Comfortable working with legacy C# code – you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be willing and able to work with it when needed

Solid communication skills and the ability to drive execution with clarity and ownership

🧠 No fintech industry experience required – we're open to leaders with the right mindset and skills!

📍 Work setup:

Sunday to Thursday from the office

1 remote day per week
