F2P Mobile Games Strategy & Partnerships Lead (Part-Time / Executive Consultant)

About Us:

We are a recruiting firm representing a VC-funded tech startup looking to hire an experienced individual in the games industry who can help commercialize their product. This individual likely comes from a games platform or studio or a software company that has sold into games platforms or studios.

Summary:

This will likely be a fractional executive role advising the CEO for 2-15 hours per week, primarily on market entry strategy. In a part-time arrangement, the company is alright with the hire having employment elsewhere, provided it is not super competitive.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams
• Partner with CEO and investors on corporate strategy
• Develop and implement pricing strategy
• Identify new business opportunities, including emerging channels (e.g., Discord, Telegram, AI)

Requirements:

• 5+ YOE in the gaming industry, including at least 2 in the mobile gaming industry
• Prior experience in a C-suite at a games company or in a strategic or business development role at a games company
