RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the entire sales cycle: identifying new prospects, creating and managing sales pipeline and closing new businesses
Focus on working the prospect list and leverage a strong ability to transition prospects into clients
Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions for signed customers
Partner with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth
Exceed ambitious quarterly targets
Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising
Attend key industry events and conferences
SKILLS AND QUALITIES
5+ years of sales experience in performance advertising; experience with Mobile is a big plus
Existing network of relationships within app publishers across the European region
Exceptional presentation skills
Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach, with focus on closing new business
Russian speaking and writing is a must
Persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skill
Ability to confidently represent the company’s solution and establish credibility as a subject matter expert in the field of mobile advertising
Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently
