• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across global markets – from job postings to signed offer letters.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Develop sourcing strategies tailored to local talent pools.
• Promote our employer brand across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, and events.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience

What you bring:

• Hands on experience with Technological recruitment from a global organization– Europe preference .
• Excellent English – both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for people, diversity, and creating an inclusive candidate experience.
