We are hiring Technical Customer Success manager to join our fast growing company, located in the center of Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure solutions according to business requirements
- Design and manage system architecture and data structures.
- Work with SAAS platform and Flow processes to ensure smooth system operations
- Develop and maintain Dashboards, Reports, Validations, and Approval Processes.
- Take ownership and take responsibility as project manager to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in related technologies
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in implementation and project management
- Experience with system architecture and data structure
- Experience working with the permission model and Flow
- Experience with Dashboards & Reports, Validations, and Approval Process
- Experience with SQL, MS-project and high level in Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a relevant field
- Sharing accurate and insightful updates with the team and/or management regarding progress and challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional level of spoken and written English, high level of spoken Hebrew.
- A strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- Very high attention to detail and ability to identify bugs or flaws.
