Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Digital Community Manager. The Digital Community Manager will be responsible for managing social media accounts, engaging with community members, and developing content strategies. Daily tasks include monitoring and responding to comments, creating and scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics. The role also involves coordinating online events and fostering a positive and active community environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Social Media Management, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Skills in Content Creation, Graphic Design, and Video Editing
• Strong Understanding of Community Engagement and Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Analytics Tools
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the education and training industry is a plus
• Student or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
