We're hiring a CEO for a small, cutting-edge defense-tech company!

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a small but innovative high-tech company in the defense sector. This is a rare opportunity to take strategic ownership and drive the full scope of the company’s operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and manage an independent P&L business unit.
• Oversee and inspire a multidisciplinary R&D team in the fields of physics, systems engineering, electronics, and mechanics.
• Drive end-to-end R&D, engineering, production, system integration, and testing processes for advanced military systems in the land domain.
• Be part of a successful, forward-thinking company delivering technological and leadership challenges at the highest level.

What We're Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Physics. - Mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience as an R&D Director or senior engineering leadership role. – Mandatory
• Proven experience managing a P&L unit with an annual revenue of $10M or more- Mandatory
• Management experience of an R&D group of 10+ engineers, including system integration teams. - Mandatory
• Background in multidisciplinary development environments. - Mandatory
• High-level English proficiency. - Mandatory
• Strong self-learning ability, leadership skills, system-level thinking, multitasking capabilities, and high personal commitment. - Mandatory

Strong Advantages:

• Prior experience as a CEO of a high-tech company is a strong
• Experience in a defense-related company.
• M.Sc. in Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• Military background in technological development or project management roles.
