Campaign Manager

Zap Group, Israel’s leading digital media and consumer platforms group, is looking for a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our growing digital marketing team.

As part of our performance unit, you'll manage complex and impactful digital campaigns for a wide portfolio of B2B clients across the country.

About the role:

• End-to-end ownership of digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, , Outbrain and more
• Strategic planning based on client business goals and industry benchmarks
• Ongoing communication with clients: performance reviews, insights, and optimization plans
• Close collaboration with creative, content and analytics teams
• Staying ahead of platform innovations and applying best practices

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns – with proven success in the B2B space
• Deep knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like GA4, Data Studio, CRM systems
• High-level communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients
• Strategic thinking, ownership, and a results-driven mindset
