Field Technician (IT Support)

We are seeking a skilled Field IT Technician to join our IT integration and support services company. The role involves providing technical support and performing proactive installations at client sites. The job includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computers, networking, printers, Office applications, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, networking, printers, and software applications.
• Perform proactive installations and system configurations at client sites.
• Provide IT support for Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory environments.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in Help Desk or Computer Technician roles.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory (user management).
• Proficient in troubleshooting Office-related issues.
• Experience with backup and replication software (Veeam is a significant advantage).
• Familiarity with Fortigate products is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication.
• Strong motivation and desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
