Import Coordinator

We are looking for an Import Coordinator for a leading retail company based in Tel Aviv!

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire import process – from placing orders to customs clearance
• Ongoing communication with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international suppliers
• Handling import documentation and files
• Monitoring import costs and calculating air and sea freight charges
• Managing correspondence and payments with overseas suppliers

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar role – advantage for candidates from the retail industry
• Experience working with international suppliers, preferably in import operations
• Strong English skills (spoken and written) and good command of Excel
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
