We are looking for an Import Coordinator for a leading retail company based in Tel Aviv!

Responsibilities

Managing the entire import process – from placing orders to customs clearance
Ongoing communication with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international suppliers
Handling import documentation and files
Monitoring import costs and calculating air and sea freight charges
Managing correspondence and payments with overseas suppliers

Qualifications

At least one year of experience in a similar role – advantage for candidates from the retail industry
Experience working with international suppliers, preferably in import operations
Strong English skills (spoken and written) and good command of Excel
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
