Global Marketing Manager

A leading international brokerage company that generates leads independently and provides services to a regulatory trading platform is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and innovative Global Marketing Manager to take us a step forward!

Overall responsibility for developing and implementing a global marketing strategy, aligning with international regulations, and leading processes for generating high-quality leads across all markets.

Managing marketing budgets, selecting digital and traditional channels, overseeing global campaigns, and measuring performance (ROI, lead quality).

Leading international marketing teams, building partnerships, tailoring marketing messages for different markets, and implementing advanced technologies (AI, automation) in lead generation processes.

Dealing with reputation/regulation crises, analyzing competitors and market trends, and presenting ongoing reports to management.

Requirements:

Experience working in English

Experience managing a global marketing department in the Forex/Finance sector or a similar industry, deep familiarity with regulations, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and proven experience in team management and independent lead generation.
