Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain & strengthen partnerships with Start.io largest supply partners (SSPs & Publishers) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, discuss strategies, and strengthen relationships.
• Support the seamless integration process, ensuring smooth onboarding and technical troubleshooting.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for client needs and ensuring their feedback informs product and service improvements.
• Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Represent Start.io in industry conferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs & ad exchanges.
• Strong analytical and Operational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle various priorities, good prioritization skills; detail-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture.
• Self-motivator and goal-oriented; team player with a ‘Can-Do attitude’.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal in both English and Hebrew.
