HR Director

We are looking for a strong and experienced HR Director to join our team.

Role

This is a leadership role that combines strategic HR partnership with site leadership. The role has two main areas of responsibility:

• Global Product House HR Partnership
  
  

The HRBP Director will serve as a strategic partner to R&D and Product leadership, supporting team structure, organizational growth, and leadership development in line with the company’s strategy. The role also includes leading end-to-end HR for our global Product House – the majority of which is based in Israel – covering talent acquisition, employee experience, wellbeing, and development.

• Israel Site Leadership
  
  

In addition to HR business partnership, the HRBP Director will oversee all HR aspects of our Israel site and lead local culture and engagement efforts. This includes managing the local office admin, who handles day-to-day operations and people experience. We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, enjoys being present on the ground, and can help foster a connected, vibrant office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic HR partner to R&D and Product leaders globally
• Lead recruitment efforts and workforce planning for the Product House
• Coach senior managers and support team growth and design
• Drive employee experience programs aligned with engagement and wellbeing
• Partner on performance management, leadership development, and change initiatives
• Oversee HR operations and compliance in Israel
• Manage the local office admin and ensure a smooth and engaging office experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global HR and business teams
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HRBP or similar roles in tech
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
• Proven ability to coach senior managers and influence organizational growth
• Recruitment experience
• Comfortable combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution
• Fluent English
• Human Resources Knowledge: thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
