We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our expanding Customer Success Team in Israel.
Our Customer Success Team plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for TicTuk's customers and acts as their representative within the organization. They directly engage with our key clients and stakeholders, manage their onboarding, provide end-user training, encourage user engagement and adoption, and collaborate with our Product, Marketing, and Engineering departments to develop innovative solutions that deliver exceptional value to our clients.
The CS Team is responsible for providing measurable business insights to ensure our clients receive the most value and impact from the partnership with TicTuk.

What should you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or a related client-facing role in a fast-evolving environment.
- At least 2+ years of proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects across different markets.
- Ability to build and own strong and long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Experience onboarding new customers and launching products/platforms into new markets.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with data-driven insights to maximize the value of their partnership with TicTuk.
- Strong problem-solving skills — ability to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, remove blockers for the team, and escalate when necessary while keeping customers aligned on resolution status.
- A growth mindset with the ability to navigate challenges, manage multiple stakeholders, and unlock potential across teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while keeping a customer-first approach.
- Be the voice of the user internally: advocate for customers’ needs, prioritize requests, and influence internal teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) based on client feedback.
- Exceptional presentation, business review delivery, and project management skills.
- Ability to support clients within committed SLAs and foster long-term relationships.
- Fluent English — mother-tongue level is mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in tech and/or marketing industries is a big advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode, 4 days a week from our cozy office in Tel Aviv.
