About the Role:

You’ll own and execute FinBot’s sales and revenue strategy while actively participating in every step of the process. You'll combine high-level vision with deep operational involvement, from leading sales teams and closing deals to optimizing funnels and testing new channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and drive FinBot’s revenue growth strategy
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales and CSM team
• Take a hands-on role in sales execution: meetings, pitches, and closings
• Collaborate with marketing and product to optimize go-to-market efforts
• Own KPIs, CRM flows, sales playbooks, pricing models, and forecasting
• Be a key player in shaping the company's strategy as part of the leadership team
