bout the Role:

A leading defense software company is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about the high-tech industry and skilled in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for complex technical positions.

In this strategic role, you will play a key part in building high-performing teams, working closely with hiring managers and clients, and leading recruitment for software development and other technology roles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle tech recruitment processes: job definition, publishing, sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs aligned with company goals
• Conduct active sourcing across multiple platforms to attract top-tier tech talent
• Enhance candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment processes
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies
• Build strong talent pipelines and manage candidate databases

Position Details:

• Full-time hybrid position based in Tel Aviv

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition – must
• Relevant academic degree (HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field) – must
• Experience working with startups – strong advantage
• Employer branding experience – advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with creative thinking and strong talent-spotting skills
• Full professional proficiency in English – advantage
