Sales Development Representative / Sales Development Manager (SDR / SDM) – Building and Leading a B2B Sales Pipeline
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented SDR / SDM to play a key role in expanding our sales activities with business clients in the field of construction and infrastructure project management solutions.
This is a hybrid role that includes:
- Building and leading a B2B sales pipeline.
- Handling inbound leads and initiating outbound outreach.
- Scheduling initial client meetings.
- Managing work calendars and CRM updates.
- A combination of office work with approximately 25% fieldwork visiting clients.
- Database building and enrichment: Researching, sorting, and inputting relevant companies, decision-makers, and potential clients.
- Initial outreach: Conducting phone calls and sending messages to establish first contact with key stakeholders.
- Meeting coordination: Scheduling meetings with project managers, contractors, developers, procurement managers, and suppliers.
- Work log management: Daily documentation of meetings, calls, and activities using a tablet-based system (operates offline as well).
- Pipeline status tracking: Managing lead statuses, updating the CRM pipeline, and coordinating follow-up steps after meetings.
- Professional interfaces: Working with modules including work logs, quality assurance, contractor accounts, procurement, and budgeting systems.
- Previous experience in building and managing a B2B sales pipeline – a strong advantage.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound lead processes.
- Solid working knowledge of CRM systems and digital calendar management.
- Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, sales-driven approach with strong relationship-building ability.
- High technological literacy, including comfort with tablets and field applications.
- Familiarity with the construction, infrastructure, or project management sectors – an advantage.
- A dynamic role combining office and fieldwork (approximately 25% field).

Additional Notes:- The role requires fluent Hebrew.
- Familiarity with CRM solutions such as Monday.com or Zoho is a strong advantage.
- Understanding CRM processes and building AI-driven customer journeys is a plus.
