SDR & Partner Account Manager – B2B Sales (Netanya, Israel)
We are a leading provider of AI-powered payment solutions and advanced payment processing systems for businesses in Israel. Our platform seamlessly integrates with all major payment platforms, offering EMV and 3D Secure solutions to increase conversion rates and streamline business transactions.
We are looking for a sales-driven SDR & Partner Account Manager to join our team in Netanya (office-based, next to Sapir Train Station). This role focuses on partner recruitment and management, as well as direct B2B sales to SMBs through inbound leads and partner-generated referrals.
This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports), offering a high-impact sales opportunity with a clear growth path in partner management and enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Partner Recruitment & Management
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners (primarily software companies, website developers, CRM integrators, and fintech service providers).
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with partners to drive revenue growth.
- Support partners in integrating our payment solutions and ensuring mutual business success.
🔹 B2B Sales & Customer Management
- Manage inbound leads and partner-referred customers, guiding them through the sales cycle from first contact to closing.
- Provide expert consultation on our AI-powered payment solutions and tailor offerings to client needs.
- Close deals and onboard customers into our payment processing ecosystem.
🔹 Sales & Business Development Operations
- Work closely with partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-funding campaigns, and collaborative promotions to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain and expand the partner portfolio, ensuring stable, long-term revenue streams.
- 80% remote sales (phone, WhatsApp, email).
- 10% virtual meetings (Zoom).
- 10% face-to-face partner meetings (business visits).
- Office-based role in Netanya (not a hybrid/remote position).
✅ Experience in B2B sales or partner management (preferred but not mandatory).
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to develop and manage business relationships with partners and clients.
✅ Motivation to learn and grow in the payment solutions and fintech industry.

What We Offer💰 Competitive Salary & Commission Structure:
- Starting salary protection for the first 3 months (up to ₪10,000, based on experience).
- Average monthly salary (with commissions) from month 4: ₪14,000.
- Expected salary from month 6: ₪15,000–₪16,000, based on past benchmarks.
