For a new, fast-growing, industry-changing, large-scale project, AT&T R&D Center Israel is looking for an exceptional and passionate Team Leader to join our management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and Node.js
• Practical experience with production systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
